i. Receiving court records related to criminal cases
ii. Recording (in the diary) the hearing dates of cases, submitting various documents to the court and to involved parties
iii. Following up on required documents for criminal cases
iv. Opening case files as directed by the supervisor
v. Reviewing and preparing lists of case files that need to be opened
vi. Performing other professional duties as assigned by the supervisor

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Applicants must be Form IV/VI graduates with a Bachelor of Law degree from a government-recognized institution

• Prosecution of minor criminal cases

• Handling simple appeal cases at the High Court

• Preparing charge sheets, petitions, and other related documents

• Receiving and addressing complaints against the National Prosecution Office

• Managing witnesses before, during, and after court testimony

• Reviewing case files from investigative bodies

• Conducting research in the prosecution of criminal cases

• Collecting and analyzing statistics on criminal cases and preparing reports

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Applicants must be Form IV/VI graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in Law from government-recognized universities

• Must have completed practical legal training from a government-recognized Law School
