About the Role
As our Night Auditor, you’ll be the key point of contact during overnight hours, ensuring our hotel operations run smoothly while the city sleeps. This pivotal role combines guest service, accounting, and problem-solving, providing a well-rounded challenge for hospitality professionals with an eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee nightly operations at the hotel front desk

Accurately balance daily financials and close out the business day

Prepare comprehensive audit reports for management review

Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues independently

Maintain records in the Property Management System (PMS)

Reconcile accounts and ensure smooth operational handover to day teams
Requirements
We’re looking for someone who brings:

A minimum of 3 years’ experience in hotel front office or night audit positions

Strong knowledge of PMS systems and audit procedures

Confidence in guest relations and the ability to solve problems efficiently

Precision in financial reconciliation and reporting
