
Relationship Manager; Corporate Banking (Re-advertised) at NMB Bank
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage existing customer relationships through regular contacts and visits by ensuring customers’ banking needs are addressed effectively and in a timely manner.
- Identify and develop a target pipeline and aggressively market for new profitable customers from the identified target sectors and exploit cross selling opportunities.
- Partner with products team and other internal staff to deliver a clear accounts plan that is based on understanding of customers’ needs and provide appropriate solutions across relevant products by capitalizing on bank’s competitive attributes e.g. Network, balance sheet, brand etc.
- Manage the development of prudently priced assets, cost effective short and medium to long-term liability with reputable corporate companies and organizations in order to ensure bank’s maximum profitability.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Banking, Finance, Accounting Marketing, Statistics, Research or related fields.
- Master’s Degree in Business-related fields is an added advantage
- A minimum of 4 years’ experience in dealing with clients, i.e., MSMEs, SMEs or Corporates.

Specialist; Card Governance at NMB Bank
Main Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess risks associated with card programs, implementing controls to mitigate those risks.
- Regularly monitor compliance with card schemes, regulators on checking policies and procedures, and address any identified gaps.
- Implement and maintain fraud prevention measures and transactions monitoring to protect customers and the organization.
- Ensure the secure handling of cardholder data, following relevant standards and best practices on PCI-DSS module.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of card business and operations.
- Conduct audits checks to verify compliance and prepare reports on compliance status.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of card policies, procedures, and processes on both issuing and acquiring
- Communicate with relevant stakeholders, like Compliance, Risk, ICT, Legal and other business units on card program governance issues.
- Develop and deliver training programs to ensure awareness of card policies, compliance and procedures.
