Position Summary:

The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management within the restaurant, ensuring a compliant, productive, and positive workplace. Key responsibilities include recruitment and onboarding, training and staff development, employee relations, payroll and benefits administration, contract management, and ensuring compliance with Tanzanian labour laws and company policies. The role will also drive performance management, reward and recognition programs, and welfare initiatives while serving as the first point of contact for employees on HR matters.

Required Qualifications:

  • First Approver for all administration issues.
  • Building and maintaining a live employee directory with all key information (contacts, photos, referees, birthdays).
  • Monitor Employee Attendance and send reports on daily basis.
  • Drafting letters and other communications to different stakeholders of the business in liaison with the GHRM.
  • Offer advice to department heads and Line managers on related HR issues.
  • Managing Employee records.
