What you’ll do
Digital & VAS Product Specialist to lead the design, development, and management of innovative digital and telecom value-added services. This role is ideal for a commercially driven, tech-savvy professional with a passion for digital innovation and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage digital & VAS product roadmaps.
Drive revenue growth and customer engagement through product innovation.
Manage partnerships with content and technology providers.
Lead go-to-market strategies and ensure seamless customer adoption.
Oversee product quality assurance and continuous improvement.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in product development, software QA, or systems analysis.
Strong understanding of telecom technologies, digital platforms, and agile methodologies.
Experience in stakeholder management, project execution, and customer-centric design.
Certified Scrum Developer (CSD) is an added advantage.
