Qualifications
Across all roles, these are the general qualifications we look for. For this role specifically, you will have:
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a conservation or environmental organization.
- Proven experience in managing budgets and financial reporting.
- Strong knowledge of forestry, conservation, and environmental issues in Tanzania.
- Experience working with local communities and stakeholders in Tanzania.
- Fluency in Swahili and English languages.

Market Access Supervisor Assistant at One Acre Fund

Qualifications

- At least one year of direct experience in agricultural market access or value chain efficiency.
- A track record of essential experience in smallholder farmer engagement and implementing effective farmer support programs.
- Proven capacity to organize farmer organisations, such as cooperatives and farmer groups, to strengthen market linkages.
- Knowledge of agricultural input logistics, market pricing structures, and product aggregation techniques..
- Strong ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders across finance, logistics, and extension sectors.

- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including market trends and regulatory environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Sets and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Familiarity with market access tools and databases, such as LexisNexis or Elsevier.
